I’m with you this. I was getting impatient and seeing what the competition is coming out with and with projected prices that will likely be very competitive, it’s getting crowded and Jeep better be thinking hard at how to price this and present it to make sure they succeed with this one.

I believe GM’s CEO is driving a BYD Chinese véhicule even though they’re not sold in the US just to get a sense of how good they are but I doubt he would have access to this véhicule unless they want to acquire Jeep...

I’ve never been a fan of floating screens and prefer when it’s integrated in the console. That said, from what we can see if the interior, it seems well put together. The range we see at 66% is probably something that will be fixed with software updates. I’m excited.

On my end it kind of is but I also notice that the paint scheme is different. Is it because they’re in testing which would explain the partial camouflage, very likely. I feel we’re pretty close to the unveiled model (see pictures with army green Recon).

Are you guys getting impatient or frustrated with the lack of communication or information regarding the launch of the Recon?

Interesting concept but you lose the advantages of going full electric (I know, not everyone has easy access to cheap electricity). I want to go electric because it’s cleaner but also because it’s less maintenance, direct torque, more storage space and you gotta admit that the Recon looks cool...

Agreed. With the release of the Wagoneer S and the Dodge Charger, they’re building new excitement for the brand. It would be great to have a Recon announcement.

Agreed. Launching the Recon would have had a better impact on the brand than the Wagoneer S that doesn’t ring Jeep as much. The Wagoneer S is a beautiful SUV but looks like something that could have been designed by another brand. The Jeep Recon is what will help the brand.
